Mrs. Belser has a 15 plus year history of positive networking with the business community and entertainment world.  Her area of expertise is in image consulting and artist management in which she creates opportunities for your personal or professional endeavors.  With Yolanda being broadminded, she was uniquely positioned to increase and enhance the recognition of her work accomplishments to collaborate with Kimberly Edmonds her mutual business partner and friend. Y Square Management is partner to Swagger TV an online streaming HD network where Yolanda is Chief Operating Officer of company. Through Swagger TV, Yolanda serves as a host that has interviewed several Def Jam artists, Alpha Mega of Grand Hustle, Lil Bow, Bun B, and many more. In addition, Yolanda Belser and staff produce Tone-X and Friends comedy show a weekly event held in Charlotte, NC that began April of 2007. She is also the Vice President and one of the organizers behind the famous 3-on-3 basketball tournament Alley Hoops Jam. Yolanda has been a positive attribute to the community by donating makeovers for Charlotte Mecklenburg School Board Teachers, Housing Authorities and Battered Women. She travels nationwide for image consulting and as a motivational speaker for different companies, she has spoken on a number of topics such as "Dressing Appropriately for your Career" and “Finding Your Star Power”.  She is a recognized speaker for Fashion/Imaging and prepared motivational presentations for the students of Aveda Institute of Charlotte as well as Kirby Company of Charlotte and Webb & Associates in Atlanta Georgia.  As a speaker and image coach, Yolanda's inspirational and educational messages are well received and she is extremely popular among society women and young professionals.  Yolanda is a well-known individual in the Charlotte community for her generous involvement and has become a staple on the social scene. 

Yolanda was born in Cleveland, OH, now she resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband Anthony Belser, and her sons Justice Belser, and London Belser.
