Terrell Ransom Jr
…An actor, singer, dancer, and musician…a child prodigy

Parents Terrell and Katrina Ransom were blessed with a beautiful baby boy on July 5, 2003 in Royal Oak, MI. Born into a multi-generational family of talented motivational speakers, musicians, singers, & artists, Terrell Jr’s natural fascination with singing, playing the drums and piano at a very young age didn’t come as a surprise. With his innate ability to perform well, it wasn’t long before everyone noticed what a gifted child he was.

Exceptionally smart and advanced for a three year old, he was speaking articulately, reading and writing among other things on a 1 st grade level. It was also at this age that he expressed an interest in acting and decided that he wanted to be on television, in film and in magazines. His family couldn’t deny his creativity and ability to perform without reservation. After successfully completing an intensive commercial/acting program by October 2007, his family immediately moved to California.

With his handsome face, sharp wit and bright personality he signed with agents by December 2007 and by April 2008 at the age of four, he landed a recurring role as “Theo”, the autistic son of Commissioner Abe & Dr. Lexie Carver, on the Emmy nominated NBC daytime soap opera, “Days of Our Lives”. His first television acting debut aired May 20, 2008.

Terrell has also had the pleasure of performing in his first live musical at Young Stars Theatre as “Corey’ in “How to Eat Like a Child (and Other Lessons in NOT being a Grown-up)” He has a new found love for musical theatre and he is thankful for every opportunity he has to develop his craft as a performer.

He looks forward to performing live on stage again as well as continuing to work on the daytime television soap “Days of Our Lives”. He hopes to garner a feature film, more recurring roles, a television series and television movie to add to his acting resume in the near future. When Terrell is not being a kid, training or on set, he and his Brand Manager/Mom is working on developing a clothing line to launch by the fall of 2008.
