Kimberly Edmonds Chief Operating Officer of Y Square Management, who elevates her movement by inspiration, beauty, knowledge, and confidence that appeal to professionals, para-pros and amateurs for rapport, growth , and success. She is an idealistic entrepreneur who has a knack to work with people who are business minded, trustworthy and sincere. Kimberly’s skills and abilities were cultivated from studying Public Relations and Marketing from Johnson C. Smith University, in Charlotte, NC. Kimberly began her business career with fortune 500 companies starting in 1996, namely Nations Bank now Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Quicken Loans. Being courageous, challenging, and committed, allowed Kimberly to be successful in climbing the ladder in the corporate world. She received 12 years of training and development through the financial banking industry with extensive corporate alliances and sales knowledge. 
 
By consulting regularly with executives from various business fields, evaluating her personal life experiences, and reaching out to people of all walks of life this natural woman was motivated to pursue her aspirations and desires. Such appreciation with involving herself in community development outreach programs such as Komen Race for Cure, Bank of America Carolina Panthers Van Tour, United Way Carolina, Carolina’s Junior Achievement that consist of social, political, and educational activities. Having a love for interacting with the public, Kimberly’s business venture commenced in 2003. Simultaneously, working for various event promoters in the entertainment industry, Kimberly began formulating her business endeavors to become a leading event production company with hospitality services. She, along with her partner and long time friend, Yolanda Belser, merged their individual business concepts and created a business named Y Square Management that would offer four different services that comprised of Image Consulting, Artist Development, Event Production, and Hospitality Services. At that point Kimberly recognized that with partner and friend, both were astounding, influential, and convincing individuals who had the ability to communicate on a one-on-one basis. Collectively, the two would take off as Y to the second Power the algebra figure “Y 2” with the revealed slogan “Coming At You From Every Angle”. 
 
In 2006, Kimberly being a sports enthusiast planned and coordinated with partner Alley Hoops Jam a non-profit organization that is a community development project done with the use of Basketball and Live Entertainment. Alley Hoops Jam is one of their largest events that offered an experience of learning and developing for future projects. Their company promotes various events for clientele and also manages comedians, artists, and entertainers from different locations in the United States. While making favorable television and radio appearances with several media write ups, Kimberly is confident that there is no turning back on this road called success. 
 
Raised in Flint, Michigan, Kimberly now resides in Charlotte, NC where she manages Business Affairs and assists coordinating events for the company.
